Terms of use
Using Party Cards
Party Cards is a party game for group party play. By using the website or app, you agree to use it responsibly, only with people who consent to participate, and in a way that is appropriate for your age, location, group, and setting.
Responsible play
Some prompts may include mature party content, drinking references, challenges, or social questions. Party Cards does not require anyone to drink, perform a challenge, answer a question, or do anything unsafe, illegal, or unwanted. Follow local laws, respect consent, skip prompts when needed, and stop if someone is uncomfortable.
Player names and local data
Player names, game state, settings, selected decks, app icon choice, premium state, hosted access state, and card history are handled locally on the device so the game can work. Do not enter names or other information you do not want other players using the same device or lobby to see.
Local multiplayer
Party Cards can host and join nearby games over the local network. Local multiplayer depends on local network permissions, device availability, and the host staying connected. It is not a public matchmaking service, account system, cloud save, or in-app chat. The host controls the lobby, lobby code, guest permissions, and shared game state. Guests should only join games they are invited to join. Lobby invite links and QR codes are for convenience and may stop working when the host ends, resets, or disconnects the lobby.
Free play and Premium
Party Cards may offer free play limits and premium features. Non-premium local play currently includes a 25-turn free limit and the Standard deck. Premium currently unlocks unlimited turns, premium decks, the full intelligent game engine, premium app icon options, and the ability to host local lobbies. Premium features, deck availability, and limits may change as the app changes.
Subscriptions and free trials
Party Cards Premium is offered through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple through the App Store. The weekly subscription may include a 3-day free trial for eligible users, then renews weekly at the price shown in the purchase flow unless cancelled before the trial ends. The monthly subscription renews monthly and does not currently include a Party Cards introductory trial. Prices, renewal terms, eligibility, cancellation options, refunds, taxes, and payment handling are controlled by Apple and shown during the purchase flow. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions from your Apple account.
Hosted Premium access
A premium host can let guests use premium decks and unlimited turns inside that hosted lobby. That access is temporary, applies only to the shared lobby, and does not become a guest's own StoreKit entitlement. When a guest leaves, the host ends the game, the lobby resets, or the connection ends, hosted Premium access can end and non-premium limits may apply again outside that lobby.
Card content and updates
Party Cards includes card prompts for entertainment. Card content, card selection, intelligent game engine tuning, remote content availability, and app behavior may change over time. The app may receive updated card content and configuration without requiring a full App Store update.
Your submissions
If you send feedback, bug reports, card ideas, or feature requests, you allow us to review and use them to improve Party Cards without any obligation to compensate you. Do not send content you do not have permission to share.
No accounts or cloud recovery
Party Cards does not currently provide user accounts, social login, public profiles, cloud saves, or a way to recover local game state from another device. If you delete the app, change devices, or lose local data, that local game state may not be recoverable.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains how the website, app, local multiplayer, card content, subscriptions and trials, analytics, crash reporting, app configuration, security checks, and support requests handle information.
Availability and changes
Party Cards may change over time, including card content, premium features, subscription offerings, trial availability, pricing, app behavior, remote content services, website pages, and availability. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the website, app, remote content services, or these terms as the product evolves.
Service providers
Party Cards uses third-party services such as Apple for App Store purchases, subscriptions, trial eligibility, billing, cancellation, and refunds, and infrastructure providers for analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, security checks, and remote content delivery. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
No guarantees
Party Cards is provided for entertainment. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every prompt, feature, deck update, purchase flow, local network session, or website page will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every group.
